- 2000 Recent Wn8 (Tier 8 Plus)
- 3+ Meta Tier Xs and 1+ CW Reward (Chief, 907, KPZ preferred)
- Ability to communicate (Have a functioning microphone)
- Intentions to compete in competitive modes such as CW and Advances
