Requirements are as follows:
1. Own 3 Tier 10 tanks.
2. Have a 60-Day WN8 of 1200+ or really close.
3. Overall Hit Ratio close to 65% unless you're an arty player. We expect 75%+ on your tier 10's
4. Overall Survival Rate close to 25% and over 30% on your tier 10's.
5. Good Average Damage per Battle on your tier 10's which differentiates depending on the tank.
6. Teamspeak 3 and Microphone.
7. A great personality to have fun.
