Minimal requirement:
At least 3000 personal rating
At least 700 efficiency (but exceptions can be made)
At least have one tier 8
At least 4000 battles (can be rounded)
Must play at least play once a week
Must be either be able to use in game voice chat or Skype (even if just for listening)
Must be able to communicate in English
